City Archaeological Park of Seradina and Bedolina
Instituted in 2005 in occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Park of Rock Engravings of Naquane,
the Park of Seradina and Bedolina preserves a lot of engraved rocks with, principally, single figures, men
with weapons also on horses, hunting beatings, plough scenes. In the highest zone of the Park (Bedolina)
it is possible to admire the famous “Map of Bedolina”, probably a topographic reproduction of the around territory.
Inside the Park there are 4 itineraries consisting of easy paths plunged in the nature. The particular micro-climate characterizing this area permits the growth of uncommon natural species such as Opuntia Compressa (a little Indian fig).
How to get there: park the car/bus near the National Archaeological Park of Massi di Cemmo or near Cemmo’s Cemetery. From here the Park is reachable in 5 minutes by foot following the relative indications panels.
Admittance tickets:
Free admittance 0-6 ears old, over 65 years old, teachers guiding groups
1,00 €: 6-18 years old, teachers not guiding groups (showing identity card)
2,00 €: 18-65 years old
Advised clothes/Accessories: comfortable clothes and shoes; camera;
Accessibility: for people with movement difficulties and with wheelchair the visit at the park is limited to some areas
Notes: you can not go on the engraved rocks; you can not have pick-nick inside the Park; animals on the leash; public bathrooms at the entrance of the Park. The area of Bedolina is reachable only by own car/mean of transport, leaving at the entrance of the Park a document.
